Maple Harissa Balsamic Dressing

Creamy, slightly sweet with a peppery kick. This one-step dressing is an easy and delicious way to change up your salad dressing routine!
Servings 1 cup

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup harissa *see note below
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender for 15 seconds.

Notes

*Harissa is a red chili paste often used in African and Moroccan cuisine. It can be made mild or spicy. If you want to substitute for a different ingredient, I recommend two tablespoons of sriracha and two tablespoons of roasted red peppers.
